Please call the pharmacy with your refill information. Depending on the prescription, the pharmacist may need to contact your prescriber or discuss the request with you.

Why there is no online prescription form yet
Imperial Pharmacy is evaluating a secure interface with its pharmacy software provider. Until that solution is available, this website will not collect prescription numbers, medication names, insurance details or prescription photographs.
